Irrigation Home

When user selects irrigation, they will be taken to the irrigation home page. From this landing page the users will get details on irrigation mains, schedules, irrigation zones. User will get detail on the counts of each section. If any irrigation region mains are active the user will be shown active main. Schedule count will display the current # of active zones, if no zones are active then the count will show the number of zones to be scheduled. The irrigation zone will take the user to the irrigation zone list.
